1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of GoldTeam North Hempstead Towing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

GoldTeam North Hempstead Towing provides towing and roadside assistance services including but not limited to emergency towing, flatbed towing, car towing, heavy-duty towing, long-distance towing, roadside assistance, accident recovery, and junk car removal. All services are subject to availability and our operational capabilities.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, credit cards, and checks. Prices are subject to change based on distance, vehicle type, time of day, and special circumstances. All quoted prices are estimates and may be adjusted based on actual service requirements.

4. Liability and Insurance

GoldTeam North Hempstead Towing maintains comprehensive insurance coverage for all towing operations. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to vehicles or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control. Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings from vehicles before towing. GoldTeam North Hempstead Towing is not liable for items left in vehicles.

5. Vehicle Condition

Customers must accurately describe their vehicle's condition when requesting service. Failure to disclose important information such as mechanical damage, missing wheels, or modifications may result in additional charges or service refusal. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that towing the vehicle would be unsafe or would damage our equipment.

6. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel service requests at any time before the tow truck arrives at the pickup location without charge. If the tow truck has already been dispatched and is en route or has arrived at the location, a cancellation fee may apply to cover the driver's time and fuel costs.

7. Storage and Impound

Vehicles stored at our facility or partner facilities are subject to daily storage fees. Customers are responsible for all storage charges until the vehicle is retrieved. We reserve the right to place a lien on vehicles for unpaid towing and storage charges in accordance with New York State law.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with New York State law. The prevailing party in any dispute will be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees and costs.

9. Limitation of Liability

GoldTeam North Hempstead Towing's liability is limited to the actual cash value of the vehicle or the cost of repairs, whichever is less. We are not liable for consequential damages, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from our services. Our maximum liability will not exceed the amount paid for the towing service.

10. Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoldTeam North Hempstead Towing, its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the customer's use of our services or from any inaccurate information provided by the customer.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and use customer information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

GoldTeam North Hempstead Towing reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any legal action arising from these terms must be brought in the courts of Nassau County, New York.
